  • 3-4 nos tej patte


  • 2 nos bdi elaichi


  • 3-4 nos kali mirchi


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp lal mirchi


  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 tsp nmk taste according


  • 1 tsp grm masala


  • 2 cups churma k liye:wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp ghee moiyan


  • 1/2 cups pisi chini


  • 1/2 cups ghee


  • 1 tbsp dry fruits as choice


  • 2 tsp elaichi powder

Directions

  • For bate:Ek bowl m aata ghee nmk Ajwain mix kre .add water make a smooth dough.
  • rest 10-15 mintes.aate see gol gol balls bna le.

  • 30-35 mintes m ready. Ghee Lgaye.
